Shipping policy
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please confirm your delivery address prior to ordering AND ensure that the delivery can be made to secure location. If Canada Post or other tracking service indicates the package was delivered, we will not ship a replacement order. Please contact your mail carrier. Damage or loss incurred during shipment is the delivery company’s responsibility. Claims must be properly filed with the delivering carrier. We will assist our customers in providing the information necessary to Canada Post to locate missing packages.

COVID-19 shipping due to the worldwide pandemic there are delays due to covid-19 items will be processed then shipped.
Please allow up to 2 business days to process your order. If your order is placed after business hours or on a holiday, the processing times starts the next business day.
